    I was playing Just for fun with some bonus coupons across lcb and suddenly it went crazy at silver sand casino as i won up to 460€ also suddenly i was playing a bet of 30€ and my balance went as low as 336,55 less after Checking and they say i cant have it. So i play bonus Now and cannot cash? Whats the point? They disconnected chat, blocked me from coupons and even their own freespins. What did I do wrong?

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative. He says you violated the following term from their terms and Conditions:

    "Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one no-deposit bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus and request a cash out of your winnings. Your casino account balance is not cashable and will be voided from the account."
