I have requested a withdrawal at Europlay Casino on the 30th of May, since then I received nothing. The withdrawal amount disappeared from my balance, but ever since it is in processing status.
The casino didn't send me any letter since then about the reason of the delay. I received a notification about the acknowledgement of my withdrawal the same day I requested it, but since then no news, and no replies to my letters in which I asked why there is delay.
When I talked to the live chat about a week ago, they told me it will be processed soon.
I have just talked to them again, here is what they replied:
