Hiya. I was denied a $30 withdraw from eternal slots. Stating the reason was in excess of 10 promotions in row. Maybe I'm wrong but I've been under the impression that loyalty rewards or social media rewards didn't count against someone at a casino. Am I wrong on that??? Can someone please help me understand. I have deposited many times with them and never managed a cashout with my deposits. And dont think ive even had a cash out on any of the free spins I've played. I make my $2000+ play through (I honeslty think it was like 3200) and request the $30 max cash out and get denied. Like wow. I don't get it. Ive never before cashed out and I've deposited several times. Does the VIP monthly loyalty rewards count????
