  • I have a pending withdrawal with this casino. Withdrawals are supposed to be processed within 3 business days. We are now into the 4th business day and the withdrawal is still pending. I enquired at the livechat to ask when my withdrawal will be processed and I was shocked when the agent said that they have no means to communicate with the finance department. This basically means that the live chat is useless in this regard and I have no way of knowing what it happening with my withdrawal. As for verification, I went to the verification page many times (even just now) and on the page it is stated that there is no need for my account to be verified. I have attached a screenshot of the verification page, taken just a few minutes ago.

  • Hi. I just asked the casino support and they said that so long as the verification page says there's no need for me to upload documents then I shouldn't submit documents. That could maybe change in the future but until then I shouldn't submit anything.
