    Unfortunately, we still haven't got a feedback from them. Hope we'll get the update by tomorrow. Have you contacted their live support about it? Maybe they can check the status of your withdrawal too.

  • We just chatted with the casino rep and she got the same info as you did from their finance team. The payment will be processed next week. Let's hope it will be the next week.

  • That's what I don't understand, the lack of communication, the inconsistency and the incompetence in the same department. I'm upset. How is this possible? In short, what I want and need is my money for Cyberbingo to take matters into its own hands once and for all, this is never ending. I call the attention of  the representative so that he can show himself  represenrating the website here and now.
