  • Hello, Cyberbingo has not paid me my wire transfer, they had already approved my withdraw on 03/01/2024 , I attached the first email where it says that they approved the withdraw, the second email that i received from them, which one said they had a problem with the processor for the wire transfer, they told me that i have to wait, but then I saw that there were many complaints with payment issues and some screenshots of the same and i'm worried, I need my payment of $2026 usd in my verified account, i haven't received any answer, I need you to please do something for me so that I can get my well-deserved earnings, I am available 24 hours a day, i have the same e-mail that i registered on cyberbingo, send me the next step on how I can get my problem solved or how do i sent any information that you need.

  • Wow, what a bad experience, I have sent two emails without a response and nothing reflected the money in my account. I paid 65 dollars for the processing of that wire transfer that was deducted from my earnings.please help me with this we will in touch if somenthing change thankyou

    Did you find out why your previous withdrawals were not processed? What was the issue?

  • Their answers were that the processors are not working good and  they canceled it  i requested it  and again repeat another cicle that i have 1 month 10 days and nothing thankyou i will wait the 48 hours after that i would like to say the conclusion they pay the winnings to the public or not

    We chatted with the casino rep about the issue with your payment and she advised us that there was a certain delay in payment due to the bank's audits going on therefore payments were being held up by the bank. They are trying to send your payment this week. They will keep us updated. Please also let us know as soon as you get the info.
