RESOLVED: cryptothrills - withdrawal taking ages

Hello, I made a withdrawal on cryptothrills casino of 5mbtc, it has status pending since 3 days now.

First off, i won this money thanks to a bonus; i first made a 10mbtc withdraw, support said i could only take 5 (why give 10 then).

Anyway ok, i have made a withdrawal of 5, but still no paiement. contacted support again saying this can take up to 48 hours. Waited this time and still no paiement, withdrawal still pending.

Contact with support again, and they say me they have delays and i have to wait again. Well i'm bored now, they are very fast to take your money (in seconds a deposit is done), but seems they just don't wan't to give it back when you win. it's not a big amount, still, it's a total disrespect for users.

If someone able to look at this case, i would be thankfull. (player : naadeak)

Well i got what i was expecting, this casino is just not honest, don't play there, there is too much good casinos that don't trick you. They say I used two consecutive bonus which is false. I only got a welcome bonus of 3mbtc, then withdraw 10mbtc from my bonus cash to real cash.

Hi, for everone reading this. Avoid these kind of casinos, they are very very predatory. Usually the bigger and better the bonus looks the more predatory they are. Oldest trick in the book, everything that's shiny isn't gold :). I had over 300Mbtc balance at the same casino, chip term allowed me to convert to real funds 200Mbtc. Ofc, when withdrew the nightmare started. Only managed to get 2Mbtc because they claimed my balance was not Mbtc, but it was mbtc but symbols "m" and "M" have different meanings. So I didn't bothered to argue much, in the end they still get to choose who they pay and who they don't so.

A lil offtopic -

Forget about going for a tasty 300%+ bonus or something like that, usually you get burnt, nowdays there are so many hidden T&C conditions allowing u to only withdraw like 10x the deposit and so on. Advertising something like "deposit 20€ play with 100€" is already a red flag. Please make sure you read all T&C, if you really think it's a good deal.
