    Hello, I need help. Please! I've only gotten the runaround from three different chat representatives and no answer about why I haven't been paid yet.

    I have made several Bitcoin deposits at this casino and have previously used both no deposit bonuses and match bonuses. This particular deposit was with no bonus attached. It was $47.xx USD (1.4 mBtc) I managed to actually win 30 mBtc and cashed out 25 mBtc and left 5 to play with. The email confirming and congratulating me said it will be processed within ONE hour. This was a day and a half ago now. Later that night I did a few reverse withdrawals and on the final one I managed to win 120 mBtc and submitted a withdrawal of 100 mBtc and left the 20 to play with. (100 mBtc is over $3,000 USD)!!! I made very very sure to be extremely careful to follow their rules stated in the T&C's and no bet was over their maximum, no irregularities in my wagering (I always bet bigger when I first deposit and if I am having a winning streak). The email after the second win also stated it will be processed within ONE hour. It has been almost a day and a half for that one as well. Chat representative JENNIFER tried to tell me for the longest time that I bet over their maximum of 1 mBtc and I NEVER did. Some eventually apologized as said she was wrong. She sent my info and withdrawal submission to the finance department. She then told me there was a slight delay in their processors and allow 24 hours. It's now been going on 42 hours and have heard nothing and no deposit. (After the reverse withdrawals this is only 10 mBtc now just over $300 USD)

    I then spoke to Mark, he also said the finance team is short staffed on the weekend and now have not hear from him since yesterday evening. Apparently he is the manager as well. His chat etiquette is horrendous for a customer service rep/manager!!!! The I spoke to Christine and she gave me no new info and transferred the chat back to Mark who did not respond.

    now I need help to get paid my 110 mBtc (over $3,400 USD) rightfully earned winnings following all their rules!

    I have screenshots of every conversation, big wins showing bet amounts, and a screen recording video nearly 30 minutes long showing their "playback" which also shows my bet amounts and winnings.

    This casino is cheating, I also have pending withdrawal more than 1month still showing pending and in online chat there are saying just 1hr
