RESOLVED: Crypto thrills not right unfair and false advertising

It's not right i had recently won a tournament that is being promoted as the largest prize pool to date and says winners will split their share of 225 mbtc which is a large amount of money. First place claims winner will receive 90 mbtc equivalent to about 700+ US dollars and would be a great prize! I spent a considerable amount of time playing and climbing to the top of the leaderboards as I not only sat up top but won the tournament and couldn't wait to be spreading the news as today i go claim my money to reap my rewards and they proceed to give me 90 mltc the equivalent of 4 US dollars now I could understand if promo didn't put the statement of 90 mbtc as winning instead if read 90 (your wagering crypto) or something of that nature as it does not it reads 90 mbtc now that does not seem like I fair gaming practice to me and as such made top prize for their tournament with the largest prize pool to date a whopping 4 odd dollars and I wasted much of my time and effort for a lie and can't believe that this can be acceptable false advertising. Please help me recover the promises that are made by this unacceptable behavior and the lies that are being made by them. I know if anyone can you might be able to make this right.

Wow Sydney you are truly awesome my friend the best there is but there is still another issue as when they tried to give me the 90mltc this morning before I got it and was asking about the rules associated with the prize I asked what the terms were and how I could go about receiving the money if had playthrough or what. When I  spoke to chole I was told it was a cash bonus that it has no rules I could withdraw all of it or do as I chose with no exceptions. Now they givene the money they added it as a bonus with an impossible playthrough. Why do they do these things I get they don't want to have to give out money but to go to such lengthses to be so tricky about is just so evil and distrusting it's disgusting I hate to ask seeing you've already helped me so much but what gokd is the winnings if they set me up to fail I'm really in the same boat they thought would try to pull another fast one as I'm sure they would of just let me walk with the 90 mltc had I not reached out to you can you manage one more of your amazing tactical must be magic moves and stop this other slick manuver they are attempting against laying me what is promised you are so great thank you so much as I don't know what I would've done if not for your rescuing me already but if you pull this last one off I would forever be in your debt here's another screen shot of what I mean as she clearly states it's a cash prize I even ask if can withdraw some or all and she says as you can see but when I just tried says I can't withdraw that it's a bonus and as you can see from second shot sydney please get them to stop playing these unfair unethical and distasteful actions if they can't follow thru they shouldn't offer the things they promise thank you so much

We have contacted Casino Representative and this is what he explained to us:

"Please note that the following T&C's apply to the leaderboard prizes:

Term 10.7
Prize monies won from any of our tournaments, medals promotions, leaderboard competitions etc are all considered to be Free funds and are therefore subject to our maximum withdrawal limit of 10 mBTC. Please note that if you should win more than this amount on any further play, your limit of withdrawal will remain at 10 mBTC.

Term 9.1
Bonus funds, where no deposit is required, need to be played through 60x before a player can make a withdrawal."

We have checked these T&C's conditions ourselves and indeed the wagering requirement stated above applies to the tournament prizes.

The information you have received from the Live Chat wasn't correct. The correct info about your prize and wagering requierment is the one you've received automatically. (the first screenshot you've attached)

The Casino Representative is apologizing for any confusion and inconvenience caused by their Live Support.

So how can they state winner will get to receive 90mbtcifits not possible for it to ever leave to casinos that not a scam when it's realized they are lying I don't receive that I get to play with that amount but never really receive but 10 mbtc. Nonetheless I think you for all your effort and shall walk away with the 10mbtc that I get but will not be fooled again by their unethical ways of misleading the same people that try to enjoy their services when so many out there don't go to syluvh lengthes to pretend that they are going to do what is promoted you are still my hero and can't thank you enough
