RESOLVED: cozyno dont pay my winnings

Hello. I hope this is the right place do complain...im not sure i understand how to do

About Cozyno casino..

I opened an account and made a deposit without bonus so my money could be free and not tied up with turnover requirements.

I played liveroulette single number and after a while i won. Just normal betting. When i wanted to withdraw they told me i have been using some kind of system like martingale or something. How is that possible with just playing single numbers without bonus? So what happened is i dont get my money.

I just cant understand this.

Really hope you can help me. I dont know what to do.

I heard this before, a casino refuse to pay because the player used a roulette system that does not exist/work. Martingale system does not work and you can't use this as an excuse not to pay your customers. Cozyno is in the warning list for a reason, they are linked to a rogue group called AffPower, one of the friggin worst group out there. Totally not to be trusted.

Do you know what's ironic about that group is? I believe they have a casino with the name Gale & Martin...That's just a mockery of them towards their players.

They belong to different affiliates. Gale Martin is part of Luckyaffs whereas Cozyno is part of Affchoice and they are indeed linked to Affpower group. That's why we added them to the warning list. 

Both are rogue casinos and both are run by the same company, I know it stated differently in their websites, it looked like they are not linked to each other but CasinoMeister beg the differ, on their website Gale & Martin is also from Alpha Interactive Solutions N.V. They provide (d) fake games and accept bets from UK without UKGC license.

And its not even a system like you say. If it at least was something near Martingale or something. Near a system that doesnt work.

I think it doesn't matter whatever they claimed which system you used. Table games such as roulette, baccarat, punto & banco, blackjack etc were made with a lot of thoughts so the house always wins. The martingale system could work if there was no betting limit but as we all know this is not the case.

Roulette pays 36 times bet which is odd in my opinion because roulette does not have 36 number but 37 on european version and 38 on american version. If you think it deeper, the odd for the player to win is slimmer than you think. Anyways, I think cozyno must pay your winnings and stop blaming martingale system use.

As MelissaN mentioned before, this casino is in the warning list of LCB and I really hope they can help you with this issue otherwise you still have an option of filing a complaint via their licensee Curaçao egaming.

i dont think there is anything that you can do here. they list martingale in their terms.

with that said, it is BS rule and if they had any brains they would know that no system, including martingale aka double up, does not favour players.

but they are rogue casino so thats that. 

next time better do research before playing

And yes you are right. Have to look up casinos better. I just wish it wasnt possible for them to exist when its not fairplay.
