  • This complaint is on behalf of my partner towards Mr Vegas

    She has been trying to claim these spins for over a month. Every time she tries to sort the issue over the sites live chat she gets told that its been passed onto the correct department and to wait for support to contact her. And no support or anyone has followed up even though my partner has been contacting them every few days.

    The representative also mentioned that they are actively working on resolving the issue and have escalated it to the game provider. They expressed their hope that a solution will be found soon.
