Deby it doesn't seem like you should be concerned yet.  You sound surprised to win, but your approaching them like your not going to get paid when you haven't even attempted the cash out yet. Just go through he process and see what happens.  If you didn't break any rules then maybe you get paid.

Yes indeed I have heard that it is only $2000 at a time, and it takes forever to get paid, but whatever you do, don't play anymore.  You having nothing to gain(because its already going to take forever to get paid) and everything to lose.

I've got 2 payouts from Cleo's.  It does take 12 bissness days for them to accept your request.  So once you request it, leave it alone and they will process it and e-mail you comformation then.  After that, it takes 12 bissness days to recieve your check.  It is worth the wait, but you must send them all documents, including a 1099 they send you.  Good Luck

they will pay you but like bmw says don't play anymore cause it will go away really fast and it does take 12 days to get it and it has to be in 2000 dollar cashouts  and keep in mind you will get a 1099 for taxes for it at the end of the year  but congrats and take it from me  find something to busy yourself with because you cannot play on that site unless you reverse your withdrawl  ...  i cashed out 6000 but had at least double that easy and played it off  . you have to make a bunch of 2000 dollar withdrawl requests so start doing that cause that takes a lot of clicking  and good luck  you will get paid  but gotta be patient
