RESOLVED: Casollo - Withdrawal issue

Hello

Casollo dont seem to be sending me my withdrawal either.

They said my withdrawal was processed on monday and will take 2 or 3 days but it is now 4th day and no sign of funds. A bit worried after seeing all the bad reviews. I asked them about it the live chat dont help, emails they responded once after many emails were sent and said they will check the bank to see why I havent received a refund... but havent heard anything since.

Sorry to hear about your problem with Casollo. Unfortunately, there are several unresolved cases with the same issue. The casino didn't reply to their emails and they were waiting for their cashouts. They didn't reply to our emails either therefore we were unable to help our members. We added them to our Warning list, you can check their review page HERE. Please wait a little bit for your withdrawal and keep us posted. 

Well still no funds

 I told them I willl contact them via gambling forum and they actually started sending laughing emojis! 

Convinced my money has been theived!

Thanks for the update, Justice92. That's not nice from their end at all. They should have helped you. 

They didn't tell you when you can expect your winnings? They were just laughing? 

I know I have never dealt with a live chat like this before. Very unprofessional.

I asked them about my winnings and they said they cannot help as they only deal with technical questions on chat. So i said i willl contact them via askg.... which is another forum that seems to be able to get in touch with them and he responded "laughing faces" as you can see from my screenshot.

I guess theres not much I can do for now... but my hopes are not high that I will recieve my money..such a shame as their games seemed quite generous and had a good selection but this has put me off

Yes, I saw your screenshot and their support is very unprofessional. You can try to file a complaint to their licensor and see if they can help you.

After more than 1 month and lots of stress .... The money finally has been paid to someone ... 

Ofcourse Im very happy for Justice92 ... but furthermore people should really think twice before playing at casollo!
