    Where the number means the rank and then the automatic address of the player, each tournament was different, the REWARD in euros, the + means that you still clicked on the ark, where they been other awards and last but not least the number of points.

    Also the rules I read and I didn't so much stupid, that we would not understand when they belong to the prize or anything else.

    But somehow I remember that the rules have written regarding the awards, that is in charge of the manager or something like that, weird!!!????????????

    Played I at all eight tournaments. They say that it is a premium automatic signalled on the account after 24 or 48 hours. I didn't get a penny. Understand, if you happened to have experienced the error in the payout only on one of the tournaments, but on the three?????? When I follow the leaderboard and it worked like a must – at least judging by my points!!! Insisting that if I won or was placed we could award was attributed automatically!!

  • Of course. As the player 243395 cw it was me and my point. Even COLORED IT WAS. Highlighted. I have always been monitored. As mentioned in the complaint, we and all the participants were named automatically with a number for example player 243395.

    We've checked the information you have provided.
    First of all, we would like to say that we don't have a player with such a nickname.
    All the players have only their names/nicknames. No numbers are given to them.
    It would be nice if the player shows the screenshots which he has and specifies which concrete tournaments he disputes (when they took place).

  • Hi Aljas,

    The casino finally found you in their system but they can't find you on any winners list. Therefore, they asked you to send them the screenshots showing your position on the leaders' board. That'll help them resolve this issue.
