    Hi,

    I won 100 euros from freespins I received on Cashimashi casino. I completed the wagering requirements but I can't withdraw the money because it's stuck in the bonus balance. I've talked about this issue with Live chat and they told me they would send this to their "technical department". This was the 08.01.2020 so more than 10 days ago. When I ask live chat why this is taking so long, they can't answer me. Can you maybe help me ? Thank you ! :)

    Update : After 16 days, I finally received the money ! :) Be careful with this casino as their support team is not really efficient. Thank you Tania and LCB, you can close this thread.

    LCB; maybe good to have a review for cashimashi ? And see if they are a good new platform on the market? I also recently signed up there and they seem to have good promotions and also from time to time no deposit offers ... But people waiting 16 days for some money that has been won is ofcourse crazy :)
