This really makes me worry. I won a good chunk of money. Since I deposited with a card I had to do a wire transfer. I'm still waiting for it to be transferred to my bank account. It says it was approved and will arrive shortly. I think they were fed up with me bothering the customer service dept every couple of hrs asking why I couldnt withdraw $ I won. At 1st. I was getting different excuses. Then passed along to a new person then having to repeat all I said to the 1st 3 people. Finally the 7th or 8th person on chat and email told me to try to do the withdraw again. And it worked. 1 monkey off my back. Now 1 more to go. Since then, It has been only 3 days since transfered. 3 long worrisome days. Thinking did I not fill out the wire transfer form correctly? Why do they need to know the date I opened my bank account? How long do international wire transfers take? What sort of process will it take. It is all very unsettling about my bank acct opened date. So again I did some detective google searches. (Sidenote. If you're looking up anything medical. It's Dr. Google) and I came across this on my 2nd search. Unsettling. But better to know. Did I just give them access to my bank acct and they will be able to take money out? In your opinion will I receive the $$$ I won? Thanks. Worried player

I talked with one of there customer service people named Alfred and I was told they want my bank statement before they will send the wire.  I took screenshots of the whole conversation. That is not one of the items on website that says I need to provide them to get the money I won. It also will not happen. They don't need my bank statement from me to provide a wire transfer of the funds they owe me. I'm going to fill out a complaint with the CDS. Independent player dispute and meditation services. Captain Jack site needs to be shut down. They don't need bank statements from players to pay out. They don't need a month to payout. They don't need to lie to players when they're stalling. And they also don't need to tell me they need to hide the money so my bank doesn't take the money from me due to financial institutions not liking funds coming from a gaming/gambling site. That's a lie. My bank doesn't care that I won money. My bank would only care if the funds were ill gotten. And even then I'm sure the bank wouldn't care. I'm putting money in it. Yes. Me complaining again about this scam site Capitan Jack. I received an email from after contacting them again today about the status of the wire transfer. The email is says they can only cash out $200 MAX and it has to be done by bit coin only. I won $1035 on the 7th of Nov and submitted a wire transfer for $1000. After earlier today the same rep telling me that they need my bank statement to wire me my money. And it's not a lie. They have to have it. They need to hide the money from my bank since financial institutions dont like incoming wire transfers from online gaming /casinos. Yes you read that correctly.  They need my bank statement to hide the money so my bank wont take it. All I hear is scam!! Capitan Jack needs to be shut down, After they pay out what I won legally and legitimately on their website. So I'm gonna be scre#wed out of $800. Because I told them that they're lying to me and they don't need my bank statement to wire transfer the funds to me. Now all of a sudden they're only going to cash out $200 Max. Help me shut them down for good. What can be done to shut them down? No one should have to go through the b.s. that they're handing out. All the lies and lies and lies they tell. And Scamming people out of what they won after following all of the websites rules. People paying in but not going to get what they won. That's not legal business practices.
