    I was told by management that it was a display error. I'm so angry I have deposited if not that amount I should have been payed out and then some. Then he offered me a fifty dollar chip 60 times rollover as a sorry.

    Oh my hell. Display error?! What a janky ass place. Sorry. I hope you get your money and never spend another penny here. I can't stand these tactics to avoid paying out. Straight up cowards. Cafe Casino. Of course, this is if everything you said is true.

    The casino rep advised us that you already was in touch with them and that the screenshot you sent didn't display the info they needed. However, they still offered the extra bonus for you but you didn't accept it. 

    There is nothing the casino can do for you at this point.
