BTC Casino slots payments???

I just registred on BTC Casino, deposit and start played Starburst... I notice not correct payment from this slot... If you win 5 same simbols on the line they pay only for one side ( Starburst pay from booth side), and notice many more mistakes with payment...

I inform support about that and wait answer... Be carefull...

moonballad, I had your win analyzed and this is what you got:

- line 4: 5 of a kind that should pay 40x2=80 coins
- line 6: 5 of a kind that should play 40x2=80 coins
- line 10: 4 of a kind that should pay 15x2=30 coins
- line 1: 4 of a kind that should pay 15x2=30 coins

Total to be paid: 2x80 + 2x30 = 220 coins

So the pay you've got is correct. Where I think you got confused is that when you get 5 of kind, you are NOT getting paid 2 times for the same combination on a same line.

I play 0.2 USD/BTC,

And you GET payment from booth side if you get 5 simbols 

You played 2 coins per line, 1mBTC per line. You can notice I multiplied every line win with 2 (because you staked 2 coins per line).

In cash your win would be 220 coins x 0.01 = 2.20 mBTC

My fault indeed, sorry for that.

Had to spin a lot on our free game to get 5 of kind. They definitely pay both ways, or 2 times for the same combination.

Than I think your win would look like this:

- line 4: 5 of a kind that should pay 2x40x2=80 coins
- line 6: 5 of a kind that should play 2x40x2=80 coins
- line 10: 4 of a kind that should pay 15x2=30 coins
- line 1: 4 of a kind that should pay 15x2=30 coins

And the total would than be 380 coins, or 160 coins more than the win amount shown on a screenshot.

Yep. thay dont have a correct payment, and no answer from BTC yet.....

These tech issues usually take bit of time to get resolved. So I would be patient and wait til they get back to you with their findings.

This sounds weird to me!  The following questions are what came into my mind after reading this post.

Does it really take 3 months to fix a payout problem?

If this machine is doing this, how many other people have played and not noticed that they were not getting a correct payout?

Is this casino stalling thinking that the player will forget and therefore will not follow-up on correcting the problem?

I am really interested to see how this situation works out.  So Moonballad, PLEASE keep us updated.
