    Ich habe am 24.3.2024 eine Auszahlung beantragt ( Bank Transfer ) , welche am 26.3 bestätigt wurde.
    Leider kam nach 7 Werktagen auch kein Geld an.

    Ich habe im Casino bescheid gesagt und das Geld wurde erfolgreich auf meinem Spielerkonto überwiesen.
    Kurz danach habe ich eine neue Auszahlung beantragt auf JETON, ich bekam eine Email zwecks KYC, habe meine Dokumente hochgeladen und dem Chat bescheid gesagt, dass ein Dokument fehlt.
    Kurze Zeit später wurde meine Auszahlung abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, dass ich zu wenig Guthaben habe.
    Ich hatte 200€ auf meinem Konto, nun sind dort 0 und Auszahlung abgelehnt.

    Jetzt werde ich ewig hingehalten. Was nun?

    I requested a withdrawal on March 24, 2024 (bank transfer), which was confirmed on March 26.
    Unfortunately, no money arrived after 7 working days.

    I informed the casino and the money was successfully transferred to my player account.
    Shortly after, I requested a new withdrawal on JETON, I received an email for KYC, uploaded my documents and informed the chat that a document was missing.
    A short time later, my withdrawal was rejected on the grounds that I did not have enough credit.
    I had 200€ in my account, now it's 0 and the payout was rejected.

    Now I'm being kept waiting forever. What now?

    Was mir noch aufgefallen ist, ich habe die Auszahlung ganz normal beantragt mit Jeton und meine Jeton ID eingegeben.

     

    Laut Jeton sollte diese Einzahlung aber über Krypto laufen.

    Wie ist das möglich wenn Bruce Bet gar keine Einzahlungsadresse von mir bekommen hat sondern nur meine Jeton ID ?.
