  • This afternoon I received a letter to send documents for verification. Sent documents. An hour later I receive a letter to send an expired passport. My passport will be valid for another 23 years. Why do they think my passport is expired and why did they get it?

    We've received a reply from the casino. They say that the passport you have provided did not pass the verification and that their finance team is communicating with you to provide another suitable/acceptable identification under the AML and withdrawal policy of the casino.

    Has anyone from the casino been in touch with you and what other document/ documents have they requested from you to pass the KYC procedure?

  • They send me the same letters. They wrote in live chat that I would provide an international passport, but I do not have one.

    We've received a reply from the casino. They are saying that the verification team cannot verify the authenticity of the passport you've provided and therefore, they've requested another government-issued identification from you.

    Could you please send them another government - issued document.

  • The player and the Casino Representative have advised us that the verification procedure has been successful. After the player sent a copy of his Russian International Biometric passport, KYC procedure has been completed.
