  • thank you.. it wouldn't be nearly as much of a problem for me if they had kept in some sort of contact or atleast replied to one email and told me I wasn't going to get my account back. I didn't like the idea of sending a picture of my passport to begin with but they seemed legit so I gave it a shot

    Just to clarify, when ever you receive a private message here at the forum, you also get notified by email.

    That spammer was sending PMs to some of our membership with that offer. Ultimately they got banned.

  • thank you.. I got an email from them today asking me to resubmit my passport photo.. I did and awaiting a reply now... hopefully I will be able to play here again by this weekend.. thanks so much for the help.. ive been trying on my own to get there attention for awhile now

  • they did finally email me.. accepted my passport this time.. I sent the exact same file as last time so not sure what the hold up was.. now they are asking that I call a "toll free" number to verify some more things.. not toll free since im on the naval base in Cuba so I have to get an international calling card.. ill update after the call

    Becareful, there are tons of "recent" complaints of no pay coming from Bovada over at AG site.

I personally never had an issue with them or the others like it paying out.. cashed out for $2000 at Bovada when I first signed up and had only made a $50 deposit at that point.. got the funds in 5 or 6 days with no issues

    AG = Askgamblers, it's a well known site for casino complaints. These issues are recent (past few months), but there are many of them.
  • thanks... ill head over there now and check it out for myself... I don't cash out often so it may not matter but definitely worth keeping an eye on.. and I may make a withdrawal this weekend just to see for myself and drop a post about it

  • I looked over there and ill try to remain positive.. it seems to be the same story with each complaint with bovada and slotslv.. all regarding the VFF method.. I read a pot earlier about café casino mailing a check payout so maybe the VFF really I having trouble.. they all use the same cashier.. ill be playing at all 4 of their sites tonight so I should get a withdrawal at one

  • that's the reply I got from them.. seems as though checks go out fine though..not sure why some people have to wait 8 weeks for funds to clear and some clear overnight with them though
