    • The casino is cleo vip andmy username is josephgassett.  I  am confused why my refund was declined.  I had requested a no deposit code as advertised on their site.  The bottom. Of the page days no deposit bonus.  The page states weekly new codes and ive contacted support for over a month and each week am told check back the following week.  First support said I was lying, then said that page was not their site.  I had to screen shot my comp to send and show them it was on their page. I requested a refund for being misled and support will not respond.  I've attached screen shots of the page that advertises this info and clearly states new no deposit bonus codes weekly.

    Our understanding is the following:

    1. Player requested a refund for his purchases under claims of not receiving no-purchase bonuses, specifically the 50PLAY bonus as specified on this original post in this thread, despite not only having received it when he first signed up (it is a one-time no-purchase bonus), but also receiving it under multiple player accounts he opened in different occassions despite this being a clear infringement to our terms and conditions. Proof of all this has been sent to LCB team for review.

    2. Refund claims for purchases bear no relation to our offering of non-purchase bonuses, and as per our terms and conditions there are no refunds for purchases made on Cleos VIP Room. We may, at our sole discretion, refund transactions in the event of a game malfunction, not receiving the right deposit bonus, suspicions of fraud, etc. This is not the case.
