  • since bingo hall has been named site of the month they have decided too change some rules with no warning, they send emails out for guess the sentence for 100 dollars every month and in that email it does not state a deposit is required too collect.they also have daily free rolls that you can enter on there face book page and suddenly changed the rules too where after you get 4 free rolls you have too make a deposit. the free rolls are twice a day and not everyone can make a deposit every 2 days. and god forbid if you go too lh because they are no help at all, some can be very rude.there are so many people leaving because they have made these changes without warning any of us depositing players. i mean if you offer something for free then you should honor it and not tell someone  you have too make a deposit before you can collect it because the email clearly does not state a deposit is required and this goes along with the phone calls saying a 25 dollar chip has just been credited too your account and when you login there is nothing and again when you go too lh they will tell you a deposit is required. >:D

  • I'm disappointed with the negative feedback we're beginning to see. We haven't received too many complaints in the past and they've been a popular choice for our members from the US but customer service seems to be the major issue with this group these days. We appreciate your feedback and I will encourage the Bingo Hall rep to explain the rule changes etc.

  • I too, feel very disappointed in Bingohall.  Just to let you know Vics Bingo and Bingoformoney are affiliated..doing my research.  Bingoformoney said they are stand alone when I joined and asked if they are affiliated with Bingohall.  I deposited and went to play bingo and it was the same players.  So I again went and said I was told it was a different site.  Same support person it's a sister site if you want to call it that.  I have since then found out they have same support people also. 

    Their daily giveaways have been named "monthly giveaways" according to them and you are only allowed 1 play on them until you have deposited again or you cannot cash out from the daily giveaways that are their "monthly giveaways"

    I was double credited for the freeroll from here after being denied the freeroll credit (thank you to Froggy for trying to help)  After being double credited, I went to support and told them I was.  Noone even answered me.  So, I played with all of it just to see the game, bowing out of freeroll as that is not fair.  I to this day have $1055 in my Bingohall account.  $1000 shows as "cash"  I am finished with Bingoformoney, Vicsbingo and Bingoformoney as I WILL NOT continue to deposit where I do not trust.  My advise, is read and ask and get in writing and screenshots.  I have tons of screenshots but it did me no good on my $1000 win.  What a BUMMER frown

    I feel your pain, Lori!  Just finished a frustrating day playing at this Bingo Hall?! I did make a deposit today and truly regret it.  I spend a lot on slots and don't mind losing when everything is above board and spelled out in black and white.  What I hate is being ignored by customer support when I am giving you my money!  I was transferred To 3 or 4 different support persons and never did get a response.  Will ignore all promotions from Bingo Hell!

    I just think that there is NO excuse for someone operating a site where Live Chat  don't respond when after 3 or 4 Host enter chat room within a 30 minute period without replying.  Maybe it's just me that expect more for your money or customer service.  I just decided that I could solve this problem real easy.  I'm banning myself from BINGO HALL due to poor customer service!  I have been burned badly this year once and vow that it wouldn't happen again.  But I do appreciate your offer of help!   • I'm hoping we will see some improvements. It takes player feedback to get anything done. perkypoo has done her time in bingo hell but we still need explanations of the rule changes for alison4122002 and answers as to what's going on with Lori's account.

    I expect to get some answers on Monday.

    As with anything you get for free no matter if it is at a casino or a bingo hall they always have certain T&C's.. They can change there rules at anytime, so I would advise that you read them at least once a month. I will not take any bonus money unless it is BBs that I got with deposit or the BBs I won cause all that other money ( if you read the rules ) that they say is free ,  which it  is free but have certain T&C's..  I play at instant and vic's and although I have had little problems which were resolved quickly...  I can not sit by and let you guys bash this place. I totally agree about live help being useless one time I waited 4 hours to be helped just to get the same answer as my prior visit to live help. I know it is heart breaking to win on free money so why even take it. also you do know they offer unlimited BBs in jet and nova room also late night room. with just a 3x's playthur. ( last time I read the rules which were months ago..lol ) no where else does that.  good luck  smiley
  • i just received 2 bonuses on happy circus and contacted live help because it didn;t give me the bonuses like it should have, i contacted live help and was connected too william and he was just completely rude. tried calling and constantly put on hold and hung up on. tried collecting bonuses from this site and when i do they tell me i need too make a deposit after i have already made one.just so disapointed with bingo hall anymore.

  • ok, so since I just joined BINGOFORMONEY I thought I would give them another chance since they are not EXACTLY BINGOHALL but yes, they are affiliated... I made a 3rd deposit and am playing as we speak.  I WILL have something to cash out.  I will keep you all posted  wink

  • I understand what you're saying shirlsplay and I agree 100% with reading the terms and conditions. It's true that they can be changed at any time without notice. This group, which includes Bingo Hall, Bingo for Money, Instant Bingo, Vic's Bingo, Bingo Canada and South Beach Bingo, doesn't have a reputation for not paying its players. Unfortunately, the problem here is with customer service and because LBB's exclusives and tourneys require players to deal with live help, understandably the problem is becoming more apparent.

    We may not be able to fix the lack of knowledge or rude reps but we can be your go between to straighten everything out smiley

  • OK, so at BingoformoneyI have not taken any of the "daily bonus'" because I'm afraid to take any bonus to have it held against me.  I contacted live help and have 3 wonderful screenshots of no reply just transfers to another person.  You can see the time clearly... WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THEM? They shut down chat 'due to inactivity after me waiting 30 mins?  (I havent checked my screen shots for exact minutes)

    And I thought it was just ME just having a bad day with Live Chat!  I feel your pain, Lori.  I haven't been back to Bingo Hell since my little adventure there. They need to fire who ever it is over customer service before they run off their paying customers.

  • Lori  am confused I thought you were referring to the daily freeroll that they have .. I always just deleted the email I never looked into it cause it's free and holds only $100 cashout.  sorry about that. I was just trying to say free money you get for free holds a $100 max cashout last time I read the rules can I ask you what level are you ? cause that's how they do there withdraws by what level you are. you might be asking for to much of a withdraw and that would denied your cashout. I do not like how they do that limit your withdraw when I won 15k at instant it took me like 8 withdraws and ended up with only about 9k in my pocket cause I gambled the rest away..lol but I had fun doing it.  I hope everything goes well and your able to get your money.. good luck

    After investigating the account alison4122002, we have found an alarming level of bonus abuse present. We have noticed there was a total number of 7 bonuses in a row added to the account, as well as a full lifetime bonus amount received which exceeded the total amount of lifetime deposits by 71 times, whereas a medium VIP level gets 2x the deposited amount in bonus.
    Given these circumstances, we would like to inform alison4122002 that we are not able to allow further such activity to continue on her account, which means that after her next deposit she will be under the normal VIP level bonus limit.

  • @ shirlsplay I'm on level 1.  I hadnt played in a bit so I dwindled down to nothing.  This was from the $65 bonus, I would have been fine if they left it at deposit $25 and playthrough 3x your bonus of $65 and cashout is only $100.  I had won the $1000 on the first $12 I put into the $1 bingo so obviously I hadnt wagered.  He did say that to me in live chat.  I went to deposit $25 while on live chat and it said Im sorry you cannot deposit with more than $1000 in your account, because it was in my CASH balance.  I told him that so he changed it all and said well you can deposit $100 and I'll give you 700% wager 3x and you can have your winnings, but the $1000 will be deleted.  I said NO THANK YOU.  I sent a support email asking to delete my account.. never got a response.  RUDE, RUDE RUDE I don't do rude well
