RESOLVED - BINGO FEST - BONUSES MISLEADING

Ok so I generally know how bonuses work. But I have a big problem with this casino!!! I recently registered at BINGOFEST and was offered a free bonus which I accepted. My issue is if this bonus is basically play money, why why why would you be allowed to join and participate in bingo rooms which offer real cash prizes and jackpots as big as €10 000. I played this bonus which first reflected in my bonus balance and because I won two bingos my balance updated and reflected in cash as €151.00. But when speaking to support this could not be claimed and as soon as I make my first deposit these funds are voided. My problem here is that I was playing against other bingo players who depisit their own real cash to attempt to win. So by me winning two bingos you could say that the bingo site has won the money as my winnings can't be claimed at all. That's firstly unfair to other real bingo players and also a waste of my time. If they want to give out bonuses to play for fun then they should have a bingo room where only these kind of bonuses can be played. I think they are riping people off and I find this very sneaky. I'm not sure if anyone is actually picking up on this....! I'm highly irritated by it.
