  • Another complaint I made, this time is euromoon casino, the one added recently on this forum.

    I saw Euromoon is not in the warning list of LCB and it is new with exclusive bonus.
    Therefore i decided to register and get welcome freebie.

    Then i deposited to get their welcome deposit bonus.
    Lost all.

    a few days later i got an email about Eur 7 free in my account.

    I played and passed the playthrough with 110 eur balance.
    I withdrew 103 Eur.

    After sending the docs and get verified, i got this email:

    We inform you that in accordance to our Bonus Terms & Conditions, we cannot process your withdrawal request.

    Players from the following countries will not be eligible to make any withdrawals related to this bonus and or the winnings accumulated from this bonus: Algeria, Libya, Sudan, Nigeria, Mali, Eritrea, Morocco, Mauritania, Djibouti, Congo, Kenya, Niger, Uganda, Angola, Namibia, Mozambique, Gabon, Zambia, Afghanistan, Armenia, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan , Vietnam Turkmenistan Tajikistan Sri Lanka Pakistan North Korea , Malaysia, Macau Kyrgyzstan Laos Kazakhstan Indonesia Bhutan Brunei Burma Rwanda, Somalia, Palestine.

    Therefore your earnings have been canceled.

    Well what is the point of giving freebie if i wont be able to withdraw.
    Anyone from the listed countries above can just forget the freebie given by Euromoon as you wont be able to withdraw.

    This rule is clearly stated in their Bonus T&Cs. My advise is to always read T&Cs and read them carefully. It's 5 minutes of your time.

  • OK! The rules must be observed, however, casinos should not send offers to players who can not use them. When we signed we wrote our nationality. Why not block this promotions? I consider this casino is not serious! When I receive a promotion from a casino I true I can play it and withdraw my winnings!

  • Yep, agree with viky, it is not like welcome bonus. it is them who give me specifically to my account.
    knowing that i cant withdraw from it , they still give me?

    do you really read the T&C from a free chip given to your account directly?
    moreover it is just 7  Eur
    i am just pissed that they never told me during me wagering the play through event hough i asked them a few times about my wagering left.

  • btw i did deposit with them, it is not that i havent deposited and just got the welcome no deposit and argue about the withdrawal problem now.
    last time i faced the same problem with Cosmik Casino,
    and LCB admin help me to solve it
    i dont know whether it is possible now.

    quite funny that there is 2 parts:
    - FREE Spin bonus
    Bonus from winnings of free spins

    - FREE online casino bonus
    Special free bonus offered by customer service

    the top one doesnt have restriction and the below one has the country limitation.
    this casino is a real joke !
    So the customer service is giving free chip to you just to make you hope that you can get money from it (for players in the restricted countries)

    are indonesian players / other restricted countries mentioned not players?
    why are we so different from the rest?

    I just wondered why they give me free chip instead of the free spins.
    I can withdraw if they give me free spins cos the country restriction doesnt apply there.
    they really dont want me to withdraw from the very start as they knew it before giving it to me.

  • It is players responsibility to read T&Cs. You cannot blame them because you failed to abide by those rules, which state that your country is bonus restricted.

    And certainly it is not fair to trash them now in public.

    Also mind that no casino is obligated to offer anything, and also it is their business decision to restrict specific regions from claiming the bonuses.

    This is why you should simply move on to those casinos that have no such restrictions for your country.

    that's all i am sharing.

    and i guess there is nothing that can be done to this lousy casino that pays no attention to player's details and just anyhow offer freebies that cant be withdrawn to attract players to play at their casino again.

  • actually i agree with anfrasan, why they gave freebie ? if i got personal freebie from a casino where i did deposits before, then im sure - i can play and i can withdraw! this is very uprofessional!

  • I would expect a casino to pay up  even tough their terms say Indonesia are not allowed to cashout from freebies, this would have be fine with a no deposit bonus when you sign up to the casino, but not when you have already deposited and they give the freebie to the player as a good gesture. Now why on earth they give free bonus when they know you are from restricted  country? I would not worry about not able to make cashout if the casino gives a free cash to the account.

  • It's happened to us all and as I mentioned on another thread I do find it unacceptable.

    Yet what I will say is it does happen quite often where players are sent emails by mistake of offered they are not entitled to, regardless if they have deposited there or not. A lot of the time a casino will offer some sort of compensation to apologise for their mistake (The good casinos that is anyway).

    I had an incident like that not long back with EuroMoon's sister site Cosmik casino. I was sent an email saying I was given a 50 no deposit bonus at Cosmik casino for being a "loyal player". Strange that though as I had never deposited at Cosmik (or EuroMoon). It was sent to me by mistake I guess. I spoke to support at Cosmik (because the 50 wasn't showing on my account) and they said that they would happily credit me with 50 no deposit on my Euro Moon account instead which they did (and I lost).

    I feel as though if the casino has to do it for 1 player though, they will possibly have to scrap that rule and allow all players from that country to withdraw free chip winnings (even though that country may be on the list because a lot of members from that country abused the system).

    I think that at most, they should now offer you 7 euros on 1 of the slots as compensation or a set amount of free spins with a fair and reachable WR amount

  • @marcus2281 : last time i faced the same problem with withdrawal from free chip from Cosmik Casino, but that time if i remember correctly they gave me free spins (which is withdrawable from their T&C), but EuroMoon gives free chip which is not withdrawable.
    T&C is really messing me up badly.
    @nirvana: yeah hopefully you wont get into the same situation as me

  • They called me last week out of the blue to asking me, if I want bonuses from them? I was busy and said no, they said ok we will delete any sign up bonus and future deposit bonuses in the future if thats ok with you? Sure no problem I said.
    Then they had the cheek to say I could still claim 20% cashback on any future deposit laugh_out_loud. Only reason I did not give a monkey is because of this post and made my mind to jump ship.
    Still does not stop them sending me 200% sign up bonus via email.
    Their tactics and lazy attitude stinks imo

  • This is really frustrating , I understand.My opinion is that they should not give free chips to restricted players, I am aware that terms and conditions should be read by the gamblers but yet the casinos should be more careful with their clients.

  • For exemple guts doesn't give usually free spins for players from my country Romania.But when you deposit and play there and get the promo free spins you can withdraw from them.

  • I have been in your shoes and I know how frustrating it can be. But truly, before free chip or any other bonus, read the terms. (or when you're wagering and see that you'll be able to finish wager). And in your place I would just move on. I know it's not delightful but I am quite sure that nothing can be done here, and if I'd have this situation, I would  probably ask them to delete my account. I like casinos where my loyalty is honored with actual free stuff that I can withdraw. Good luck in the future smiley
