    Hi,

    I recently joined betswagger even though I'm self excluded and I'm from the UK which apparently they don't accept on this site. I had no idea they were a dodgy site. I've ended up losing around £300 but I don't see how they didn't close my account immediately due to these two reasons. I need to get that money back. Is it possible??

    Hi has anyone looked into this yet? I'm getting some pretty nasty emails back from this William Dornat in support when I've asked for my refund.

    Sorry to hear that. Please note that this casino doesn't want to provide assistance to our forum members. We can't provide any mediation since they don't want to help us to sort out complaints. You can try to file a complaint to their licensor and see if there is anything they can do for you, this is the only advice we can give you. There are lots of unresolved complaints on our forum.

    They are not supposed to accept UK players but they still do. Hope you'll find a way to sort this issue out. Please keep us posted.
