RESOLVED: Betswagger, account closed and 1200$ confiscated

Hello, 

Betswagger has closed my account and informed me that they would steal the 1200 $ that I had left in my account.

The reason : I have not played enough according to them.

Whereas I can accept that they ban me since its their casino, their rules, I definitely cannot accept that they keep my money without any valid reason.

My pseudo there is the same as here.

@natexa - We've received an update from the casino. They confirmed that your account was closed as they detected some suspicious activity. As per their words, they have emailed you and explained the details to you directly. 

Yes, their explanation was that I did not play enough, and they did not like that I deposited with voucher and withdrew with bitcoin.

In your opinion, is there enough ground to confiscate my 1200$ ? 

I can accept the account closure, but the return of my deposit should be the very minimum ...

I precise that every one of my deposits was wagered at least 1 time, as per industry standards. Therefore I did nothing wrong in my opinion.

I also precise that depositing with voucher and withdrawing with coins is not forbidden by betswagger, so once again nothing wrong in my view.

I asked betswagger to provide me with the contact details of their regulatory body, which they refused to provide me.

We've received a response about your case - They advised that due to some suspicious activity your account was banned and withdrawal request cancelled. They said that you've received an email from them with all the details explained.

they just say magic word "suspicious activity" and they can steal 1200$ ? 

"all the details" = basically what I just wrote 2 messages ago, so that does not seem detailed enough to justify the stealing of my money. This is extremely concerning, not only for my money but for other players of this casino with this extremely dishonest casino behavior.

Have you noticed that about 1 complaint out of 2 on, this forum concerns Betswagger or one of their other scam casino ? 

With that in view, maybe you should consider unlisting from your partners these casinos, whose behavior is clearly shady and dishonest.

They have also emailed you directly, therefore, you've been informed from their end about the reasons that caused the account closure.
