    Hello, I'm registered at betsolino.com and they don't pay out my winnings since 3 weeks.

    I have one pending 700€ withdrawals from 28th of June and a 400€ withdrawal from 11th of July. 
    I'm fully verified and did not used any bonuses.

    The live chat always tells me that there is a processing backlog for withdrawals, but no one is answering my emails. I did not recieved an answer to one of my 10 emails I send regarding my withdrawal.

    Can you please help me receiving my money?
