  • Played for more than 2 years at the betplay.io casino, won and lost. Today I was blocked for having a multi-account, but I never created 2 accounts. Using VPN is not prohibited by casino rules.

    Help me solve the problem.
  • It’s easy to determine on the computer whether there is a 2nd account or not. I've been playing through VPN for 2 years and haven't been blocked. Access to the casino website only via VPN

  • These are just scammers without a license for 2 years. Of course I played at my own risk.
    Even in the rules there is nothing about creating a multi-account. But in 10 years of playing in online casinos, I have never created 2 accounts in any casino. Therefore, I was very upset by this behavior of the casino.

    SCAM casino!!!

  • Does anyone play at betplay casino regularly ? I was doing so for a couple of years and have continued to do so, and I realize there will be ups and downs with slot play, but the past several months have just been ridiculous in terms of only deposits and no cash outs. And this isn't a situation where I'm up big and then I give it back slowly to the casino, I mean, I'm never up, and always down very quickly and my deposits which range anywhere from $50-$250 is usually gone within about 30 minutes. I've changed games, I've gone to live tables, I've tried to change the variables that could create such a situation, but it's just been a massacre for quite some time now.  I don't see that they have a community or anywhere people could get together and ask each other if everyone is having similar results so what's keeping a casino honest if they know no players are communicating with each other and figuring out that it's become a pure profit casino and winning is no longer really a possibility. I'm not gonna go so far as to accuse them of such evil doing, but I just wanted to hear from someone that's won anything in the last 3-4 months. I've talked to their chat support but I don't think they're gonna fill me in if it the casino had gone rogue and money hungry and decided to add a few zeros to everyone's paycheck. I used to win, not anything crazy, but a couple thousand here and there for every several thousand I would put in. They're bleeding me dry lately and would be surprised if the statistics of my play weren't near statistical improbabilities/impossibilities.  Anyways, if you're winning at bet play , I'd love to hear from you.  Thanks to you all
