Hi. BetOnline screw me out of $54,000 Slot winnings (claiming technical issue)
I was playing the online slot game caribian poker slots at BetOnline for around 3 days .I proceeded to win a total of $53 894.13 I started off betting $5 in the very beginning but quickly started pressing my bet. The majority of my spins were between $50 and $100 per spin.
when I play in slots my balance go up and down ,up and down. I play more then 200k hand

I received an emai saying that there was a recent casino software issue and it unfortunately affected my account. of cource the issue has now been fixed and I'm free to play lol. they confiscates all of my winnings I just spoke whith players club manager over the phone. He tried telling me the same thing about how they had a technical issue last week and how it was fixwd. I said thet I didn't hear anything on the gambling sitesi frequent about there being any kind of casino software ,glitch with betonline down thousends of dollars so this narrative of his was completely false. He seemed rattled and said he was going to look at some more data and get back to me. help me please. if its need I can give my account login and passcode for check all information.
.Today I got a call from a representative betonlain.After a long conversation we did not agree.
The representative said about the glitch of the program, I was talking about more money.
Fair compensation .I said that 2500 is not enough .I want more. they sad if you don't need 2500 we will take them and you will not have anything.they said we will not call again and confiscate 2500.I said that I will continue to post my history. confiscation of $ 53,894 not fair. And the compensation in 2500 is unsatisfactoryolso I consulted in the expert. and he told me the glitch can not be valid because before the installation on the site the slot passes the test . the representative said the money that you won not invested to your akk . but this is not true .I tried to make cash out and theare no problem.olso
I played poker and other games too, no problems . If the money were not credited, I could not play poker and other games.

Sorry to hear about the issue with Betonline. Did they explain what technical issue it was? How did it happen? Did you have any problems while playing?

Please provide me with your casino username. We're going to get in touch with them and ask for the explanation. 

B388318 i dont have eny problem with game. They not explain evrythink just say glitch of program .they says money not add to my account. But i play in beting and dont have problem.

I have post on SBR forum (theare all information ebout my situation with screenshot) but admin not ansver more then 2 wheak  so i post hir.help me please

won some money while playing Caribbean Stud Poker. It is a card game, not a slot machine.
-  then placed numerous wagers on some kind of financial betting which won you some more money.
- BetOnline claimed there was a glitch in their Caribbean Stud Poker game that gave me more money than should. So they deducted this money and the subsequent winnings made from the financial bets with money that they say i should not have had.

When i play i dontfeel somthink wrong balance go up and down  . i play olmost 3 days . if its glitch whay they not fixing this next day.

We just got the info about your case from the casino representative. They explained about the Casino Software malfunction they recently had. They also informed us that they offered you a certain amount of money as a compensation. Glad it was sorted out.
