RESOLVED - BetDna stalling and not responding to my withdrawal request

As you may know in the BetDna thread i won $635 on sportbetting with the $25 free chip.

At first i contacted live chat and said that i had made paythrough as it said it in the wagering
bar 100% and they said to request a ticket so i did . I got denied because there is actually a
10 x $25 wagering to complete with real funds before a withdrawal can be made and i was told
once was met i could request a withdrawal.

So i met the $250 wagering and requested another withdrawal for $920 on the 17th and after being on chat being assured that i would get a response within 48 hours i have had no contact at all
and also my ticket has disappeared with the withdrawal request. So i told them i am complaining to my forum and Ben says go for it and that noone will contact them about this and they don't care as they don't read LCB anyway.

Very shady and after Ben saying don't worry about it 10 minutes ago and that i will get paid,
i am now not so sure . I think they are stalling and don't want to pay me out.

We do not have this casino listed on LCB and have never communicated with these guys before - so not sure how it will go with your cashout query.

Update nbsp; Still heard nothing from accounting at BetDna so was told by live chat to ask for
                  an update on my request . Now they are saying it could be 3-5 days before i hear
                  a response on the updated ticket (updated withdrawal request on the 27th).Poor           
                  show for a new company and not the way to treat new customers that's for sure.

After my update request on the 27th after my original request on the 21st i got this
message last night . Pretty ridiculous that after all this time they respond with this
e-mail stating that they are now ready to review my request.  >:(

I just want to add that this is just ridiculous now and that it's just not worth it.

Pamper rep you are very much mistaken that i was told i had to deposit $100 to withdraw winnings.
I only just got the e-mail yesterday and it says i have to deposit within 30 days of getting the $25 free
chip. I gt this e-mail on the 28th day and also it says max $125 withdrawal. Why on earth would i ever deposit $100 and have to play it through again along with my balance which is $920 so that would be
$1020 wagering

$100 is rather high for a deposit, plus needing to wager it 1x is even worse.

Yes Mel i have definitely given up on this withdrawal.
Firstly their ticket system is an absolute mess and very confusing.
Nobody ever told me it was $125 max withdrawal and $100 deposit to withdraw.
Why couldn't they have told me this way before Christmas my original withdrawal was
10th December for $635 a simple e-mail to say i couldn't withdraw this amount
would have saved me all this hassle for nothing.

This free chip offer is very misleading the original 10x $25 playthrough is fair enough but
to then have to deposit $100 and playthrough my balance which is $920 in order to
withdraw $125 is just ridiculous.

So basically to do all this i would be risking my $100 deposit in placing $1020 wagering to win
back $125 which is crazy.

As i have said i am in the uk and we have plenty of bookmakers and casinos here
with far better deposit and withdrawal options that are super quick and fair to the customer.

Thanks for your help Mel i didn't realise this casino is part of pamper group so i shouldn't
be surprised about how they do their business and glad i never deposited before i got their
terms explained by e-mail.

I believe there is a misunderstanding here that needs to be clarified. You won't JUST be able to withdraw $125 after completing the WR. That wouldn't make any sense as has been pointed out and that is not what the term states.

Should you choose to make the $100 deposit and complete the required WR you will be able to withdraw your $100 deposit + whatever you win off the $100 deposit + $125 free chip. I hope that's clear now.

I should also point out that BetDNA is a sports product. The rules are very different from our casino products where for instance a deposit is not required for a withdrawal off a free chip and the minimum and maximum deposit amounts are very different etc etc. The bonus rules for this product are also entirely different in nearly every way from our casino offerings. While all our online casino games are offered at BetDNA this product is primarily for sports bettors and the promotions are geared towards that market.

BetDna also has casino games and gives out free casino chips so it isn't only a sports product that is incorrect information.

Here is the terms from your previous post where it clearly says No deposit freeplay OR CASINO bonuses:-

That clearly states that it is the same terms for the casino as it is the sportsbook does it not.


Just to add what a terrible sportsbook it is anyway one of the worst i have seen and would never
deposit there and wish members not to deposit their either.
I also mentioned to them that their soccer betting page was wrong way before christmas and it still hasn't been fixed yet. For example in any sportsbook in the world the home team is marked with a 1
the draw an x and away team is a 2. BetDna has the away team in the 1 column and the home team in the 2 column . This is a major flaw and shows how much they have a clue about how to run a sportsbook.

they have it in the terms, nothing you can do. those roguish terms should make anyone stay away from any 'free chip'. the only fault is yours for not reading the terms before registering. next time pick 32red, guts who pay in minutes to hours as much as you win, verification taking minutes.

That's my point i asked for their terms but i never got them and never saw them in their lobby.
As i have already stated i have accounts at every online spotsbook/casino in the uk and get paid super quick as you say. I only used the free chip as i was bored and didn't expect my 5 team parlay to come up all they had to
do was tell me at the start not 28 days later which would have saved a lot of wasted time and hassle.

Loopy good luck man but i don't fancy your chances i'm sorry to say. I started this thread because i could tell by the way they conduct their business i wasn't going to get paid. I was told i would have to deposit and playthrough my winnings from a free chip which was $100 + $920 winnings = $1020 . I decided no way was i risking my deposit on these rogues and bet the winnings i couldn't withdraw on one bet and lost.

I'm guessing you have had very little or no replies at all from them and their ticketing system for a withdrawal is an absolute mess.

thats the reason why i never played on this casino group, ive read enought bad about this group.. and sorry but 100 deposit for 125 free chips ?? its ridiculous!!! u have very much chance lose ur deposit without any wr..., but for free money cashout u have to deposit, but not wager ur deposit (so far i got all free money wins, without any wager request for my deposit)..
