I deposited at betcoco casino via neteller,wagered the first deposit bonus and after my verification,i asked for a withdraw.Betcoco send me an email that my withdraw is processed to the financial department and then cancelled my withdraw and return the money to my real balance.i had no notification email from the casino that they cancelled my withdraw.i logged in and just saw money in my balance.when i asked live chat about that,they had no answer.i asked again for a withdraw and its still on pending mode.Live chat has always the same "tape".that they processed the case to the relevant department and they will answer asap.Since saturday i was verified and asked for a withdraw,i hear only lies(today is thursday).i also have the same emails from the relevant department(they dont even change the words they use),that the withdraw is processed.if the withdraw was processed,it would be shown from neteller in seconds.its obvious that this casino uses tactics totally against player,just to make the player cancel the withdraw.they are over their timeline for pending status and withdraws via e wallets.

Let me make a sum about betcoco casino.I have spoken several times with live chat.Their problem is that they want to help me.everyday i hear at live chat same phrases:"we are here to help you,we wanna help u solve the issue" and other automated answers.i asked neteller withdraw and they failed.I asked bank wire and they failed.Both times,they didnt even reply to emails.i opened an account at jeton and they didnt reply if i can withdraw there.They can not force me open a crypto account although they want.At lcb review,they seem to have several ways of withdraw,both neteller and jeton,but i see no payment,i receive no answers.They reversed my withdraw ,send money to real balance and didnt even notify me with an email.Casino rep replied to lcb after 10 days.I have no trust at them at all and i really wonder why do u believe that they will find the best resolution for the issue.From their behaviour and response till now,i totally doubt.

After 16 days of pending status,casino cancelled the withdraw.I deposited via neteller and they can not pay me in neteller,neither mifinity,jeton or bank wire.The casino send me back money in my real balance,although 3 days ago they have sent me 2 emails that my withdraw was processed.They have no idea on what they do and it is totally a non trust casino.

The casino finally paid. From 29-11,after 2 no-reason cancellations, after at least 10 hours chat conversation(half of the times was a bot🙂),after 6 fake emails that my withdraw was processed and then it was cancelled,after i changed my withdraw method cause they couldnt pay me the way i deposited (neteller).i will not change a single word about my opinion about betcoco casino. No trust and the happiness of a withdraw became a nightmare. Thank you LCB for all the assistance. Keep up as always :))
