Howdy it would seem as if Bet Chain is skimming off the top of deposits before you even get to play. Which I would understand if they clearly stated they had a transaction fee up front. Yet were playing Bit Coins at a Bit Coin casino. Where I pay the transaction fee from my wallet. So they can't even be using that as excuse.
Yes I have contacted support now on 3 occasions, not a single e-mail has gotten a reply. Granted the amount is rather small, but I can see the total getting rather large if they don't fix this issue.
Here what I have experienced so far and the loss on my deposits.
Amount Credit Deposited Amount Total Missing
0.04980039 0.05 0.00019961
0.14940119 0.15 0.00059881
0.04980039 0.05 0.00019961
0.07768862 0.078 0.00031138
0.00130941
The bottom number is the total amount in bit coin I have missed out so far. Before the reps tells me to contact support, remember I have and no response. So now I want this fix via the forum. I would highly advise players not to deposit at Bet Chain until they fix whatever the issue is with there wallet.

That's fine, and thank you Emma.
I just figure this has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I figured nothing would happen over the Christmas holidays. Yet I've sent at least 2 other e-mails way prior the holidays.
While I've gotten the impression they do have limited support hours and all. You would think someone would have gotten at least chance to reply in the 7 business days before the Christmas holiday. I think I have been patient enough honestly.
I realize I have taken a bonus each time, but the bonus system shouldn't be causing this much headache, and if is. Maybe we should find a new bonus system? -

Hi,
Thank you for posting your concerns.
BetChain does not charge ANY fees.
Cubits does charge a small fee for using their e-wallet system.
The amounts credited to a players account are EXACTLY was Cubits sends to us.
Please email [email protected] with your account information and I will be able to address your concerns in more detail.
All messages are replied to.
Happy Holidays!3.7/ 5

But then you need to make that clear on your deposit page, that if I send 1 BTC, that I won't get credit for 1 BTC. That's the issue I am having. I have sent 3 e-mails thank you, the only reply I have gotten from was about a Christmas gift. The rest I am going to assume have gotten lost somewhere.

Hi,
Thank you for the suggestion.
We do not control any fees that are charged by your e-wallet. We can only confirm the deposits that are sent to us from your e-wallet.
I apologize for the misunderstanding.
Please either tell me your account user information or email [email protected] so I may check into any messages you say have not been answered and we can rectify this.
Hope you are having a great Holiday Week!3.7/ 5

Because it's apparent there out to make a fool of me, below is the blockchain showing the address they have me sending the deposit to. As you'll see there getting credits for full amounts, not with fractional mBTC amounts taken out. So therefore somewhere along the way the software is malfunctioning and not crediting my amounts properly.

I have a different issue but in many ways it's the same , if I'm low on credits and in a game lets say " " always fruits " and my bankroll is 20 credits and I exit the game and enter a new one I open the new game and either some or all of the remaining balance is no longer there or visible, it seems to maybe count the closing and opening of a new game as spin 8'|

From time to time playing off odd amounts can sometimes result in weird software glitches too I've noticed. Like sometimes the software will just flat out shut down before the loosing spin result even plays out on the screen.
I'm hoping now that I have the attention of the rep about this, this issue will be fixed. Yet I'm guessing already by the way this is playing out. That there trying to blame my lack of understanding of bit coins and the fee structure. Which I can flat out say, I understand bit coins pretty well. I understand the fees quite well.
All of the transaction above had fees attached on top of the amounts to be credited. For example the transaction for 0.078, actually sent out 0.0781, the 0.0001 was to cover the transaction fee. Therefore 0.078 was to be credited to my account. Yet apparently there software decided to take some additional fees for itself, when it actually credited 0.07768862. Which is obviously less.
I've used cubits before, which is what Bit Starz uses for an e-wallet. They never have once in my entire time of playing with them decided to take additional money out of my transaction and make it an odd amount.
There is apparently an issue with communication between your ewallet provider and your software causing some BTC to go astray.
I realize you want to keep this private, yet at this point I would rather much just go ahead and let people know what's really going on with this casino and it's crediting of BTC.
I also tested to see if this was going on from 3 different wallets I own. All the same result, so it's not on my end. It's yours sir, and by your ignoring the issue and passing it off as my own. Only shows your willingness to let your software rip off it's players. -

Hi,
As far as we know, Cubits does this with everyone.
Thank you very much for pointing out to us by saying it doesn't happen at other casinos.
We want to get to the bottom of this as much as you do.
According to the Blockchain info, it shows you sent 0.05 BTC and we received 0.04980039 BTC from Cubits.
It is Sunday and in the middle of the Holiday Week, so please bear with us as we wait to receive an answer from Cubits and our software supplier.
I will update this thread with all replies I receive.
Thanks, again! -

Hi,
When you are playing on a bonus and your balance falls below the minimum bet of the game, the bonus cancels itself. To prevent this from happening, please keep your balance above the minimum bet of the game while playing on a bonus.
Unfortunately, our software provider is currently unable to lower the bonus epsilon lower than it is of 0.00005 BTC.
Please email [email protected] with any questions.3.7/ 5

I just thought I'd offer an unsolicited statement. I know a number of players that, for different reasons, have shyed away from depositing at bitcoin casinos. And when they read this thread I am relatively sure that this issue will have a negative impact on their views with regards to making initial deposits at Bet Chain, and possibly any other bitcoin casinos, as well.

Thank you for your rely but I never adjust my bet to below the minimum bet , the game " always fruits " it's maybe a bad example even in cases where I was playing " eye of RA " then closed and opened " book of magic " the same thing happens , it's not only your casino where this happens to me though so it's not personal I have the same problem with Boyle casino and that's not a Bitcoin casino

Hi everyone,
Thank you for your patience while I researched this.
First of all, I would like to say a huge thank you for bringing this to our attention. We thought this Cubits fee structure was the way things were set up for all casinos.
We have heard back from Cubits and SOFTSWISS and the good news is that we are going to be getting the same deal as Bitstarz, i.e. no Cubits fees.
Again, thank you so much for letting us know about this.
We will also be working with Cubits to look at our past depositors and credit back the fees.
I just cannot say thank you enough for informing us that the fee schedule we were given is not the same for all casinos.
BetChain wishes you all a very Happy New Year!!!!!3.7/ 5

So umm, well I like to say after what I said that everyone is fixed. I took them up on there 300% match today, and were still taking fees out. When is the no fee plan going to take effect? I would have assumed within the day or two. Yet apparently not?
Hi,
The Cubits CEO is on vacation and we are dependent on him to implement our new fee structure.
Just like we credited your account, until this is resolved by Cubits, from this point on, we will credit back the Cubits fees to the players account,
Please contact [email protected] to receive your credit..

Okie dokie, hopefull your new system will be in place soon. I have sent an e-mail I probably assume I won't hear back until Monday, but then again I don't know what I'm going to be able to do with 1 mBTC.
Just one other minor question, and I realize free is free. What's the story with only getting 3 free spins every Friday. I realize you could give me absolutely nothing, yet when you only get 3 spins. What sort of win can one really expect from only 3 spins. Why not at least 10 or something to play with. Versus most of the times the 3 spins are a bust really.
Oh and for those of you whom are wondering, I won't disclose the full details. Yet yes they did take care of me really well. I was rather surprised with the gift I got. Really I wasn't expecting the amount I got really.
