Unfortunately, there is a need for a big black list regarding Bet2u scam operations, obviously a fraud-based website. It seems they stolen money from many players recently (possible problem of Bet2U insolvency?). Similar happened to me.
I was Bet2U player for a long time, and everything appeared fine, if you don't have some wins in row. I was depositing (and withdrawing) regularly, participating in BEet2U weekly reload bonus offers. Everything was fine until I was successful in finishing several offers with big rollover (around 4-6 k eur) requirements and my account balance went to 9k eur. Suddenly, Bet2u blocked my betting just before I finished with the bonus requirement and just before I could collect the winnings. They explained it is about monitoring procedure. I respected that and I had a Bet2u Skype verification . They asked me questions about specific sport details, probably to check whether I am doing a fair game. However, I answered 100% correct answers and I expected that I proofed my sport knowledge (and recent winnings). Also, I offered a possibility for them to ask me about each of my previous bets, but they were not interested.
After, I saw they had unblocked my betting options which was a sign that Bet2u monitoring was over. After few days, after I initiated withdrawal of 1k eur, they accused me for breaching their conditions (“acted in collusion or as a syndicate, or suspicious bets have been made by one or more Users in a short period of time”). Since I never did anything like that, I asked them for any justification or proof, since it is very easy to accuse someone without a single proof and then just steal his money.
All I did was placing many bets in short time, but just to fulfil their heavy rollover conditions which were around to 6k eur in 6 days). They are certainly aware that any player, who wants to finish such a rollover, needs to have similar activity: placing many bets in short time. Since Bet2U Friday reload promotions are working from Friday to Thursday, logically, majority of player will place their bets in big 5 football leagues during the weekends. Then Bet2U fraude based accusation will come: they will accuse that their software found correlation with other player's bets and they will refuse to send any proof.
For sure, I did not do anything against any rules and I really believe Bet2U is using this excuse to steal money from players: first Bet2u is sending attractive bonus offers and then they accuse you when you fulfil their requirements.
I submitted the complaint with 7 pages of arguments, asking Bet2U to provide at least a single proof of their accusation. They refused to share it with me.
They instructed me to contact their licensor (Curacao). However, Bet2u licensor is instructing players to "number of independent bodies” player can contact, and those “should be listed on the an Bet2U website". However, those are not listed or provided by Bet2U scam. Additionally, I asked them to provide this information to me and I also asked which court they consider to be in charge for Bet2u operations. Bet2u didn't respond to my question. Obviously, Bet2u is trying to hide their illegal activities.
I think it is our duty to warm about Bet2U scam and I intend to proceed with this case, and I will also inform their partners (Skrill, Neteller and others) as well and I intend to report fraud-based activity to relevant authorities. Since I saw lot of very fresh similar examples in internet, it seems that Bet2u is performing international fraud, with pyramid-based elements, and this should come under the radar of prosecution offices.
I have all the proofs, including about monitoring which was performed, and I am willing to share it with anybody interested. Also, I will be happy to provide more details if in case I was not clear with my explanations. If anybody is having any advice or is able to offer a help, it will be much appreciated. Also, I make all relevant correspondation to this portal and to all players around - feel free to contact me if you want more details or if you also had negative experience with Bet2u scam.

hi,
mine is a similar story almost to the word, same "monitoring" and never paying, will spare the details and rather list my findings.
First of all, please note these are very elaborate and dangerous criminals and I really mean it, they bribe their way excessively. Some forums are paid not to publish bad news on them, for instance here https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3511788-bet2u-com-scam-not-pay.html
I tried to make a comment and was instantly blocked. Also they never blaclist bet2u. I would not be too surprised if this very thread was closed soon.
Bet2u hide all credible links to them - you will not find any companies, addresses, real names, owners. Curacao is a fake. They are Russians, internet traffic is coming from location on Russia.
All I managed to find out - they are using Latvian LPB bank for acquiring(if you make deposit with VISA you can clearly see bank link), these are the people serving them https://ecom.lpb.lv/, all the ones you see on photos Edgar Valmers etc. And they clearly know they do crime, they have just hidden their linkedin profiles after I contacted them.
I informed both Latvian police and FKTK agency of criminal activity in latvian bank, will see how it goes.

Hello rkrkrk,
This is the reply we received from the casino:
"The client had been suspected of acting in a syndicate in conjunction with other players in order to abuse some of our bonus programs. The player has been informed about the issue.
The case is currently ongoing and we are in correspondence with the player via email."
We've asked them to send us some evidence to support their claim that you were in a syndicate with other players in other to abuse some of their bonuses.
Keep you posted.

Thanks Sydney for this update.
Indeed, this is something Bet2U claims from the first day. However, Bet2U don't want to share any "proof" and this was the reason why I submitted 7 page complaint 4th of April. I can't defend myself properly if Bet2U refuses to comfront me with any relevant information about their accusation of "syndicate with 3 other accounts".
Instead of Bet2U providing ME with any proof so I can defend properly, Bet2U is "requesting ME to provide THEM the relevant information regarding this syndicate".!?
I don't understand Bet2U logic: How can any innocent player provide "relevant information regarding syndicate" with 3 other accounts if he has no insight or any connection with those 3 accounts at all?
Also, how can innocent player defend against Bet2U accusation on "suspicious bets" if Bet2U refuses to share which bets they consider to be suspicios!?
Also, Bet2U still didn't provide me with the list of independent bodies even though Bet2U is obliged to have this list according to their (Curacao) licensor.
Also, Bet2U didn't provide me court(s) in charge for Bet2u.com and Dazzlester Limited operations.
Both those questions were highlighted in my 1st Complaint and I don't see any justified reason why Bet2U "forgot" to answer those questions.
This is why today I repeated those questions in my 2nd Complaint and I expect the clear answer from Bet2U.
Also, I sent to Bet2U the link to this topic as I have nothing to hide. I thought it will be fair towards Bet2U, if they have nothing to hide, they should appreaciate a fair chance to share their arguments publicly, by responding on this forum.
In my case, 13 pages of my two Complaints are unfortunately too big to be shared here so I wrote just a summary. Full content is already available to LCB and can be available to any other reader, just contact me.
For now, I am waiting for their 2nd reponse on my 2nd Complaint. Last time Bet2U provided just lot of text but without any real content. Hopefully Bet2U can do better in 2nd attempt...

Hi,
Unfortunately I was scammed too but they accused me of having another account and of violating a point of their regulation. I should take over 10,000 euros.
I would like to get in touch with you, to understand what legal actions we cannot take against these petty thieves.

For those who deal with complaints, can you help me too, please? Do you just need my username?
Thank you very much to both of you

... Just a fresh update from my side. Bet2U responded positively at the end, on my 2nd complaint. As I promised in my complaint, I will provide a feedback on this page also. At the moment, I already received 1st part of my amount and soon I am expecting the rest also, including the amount from few open long-run bets I placed long time ago, as soon as those will become settled.
For now, thanks everybody for the help provided and I will be fair towards Bet2U and inform here that during the 2nd check-up they found and informed me that my bets apparently had certain similarity with other player's bets but 2nd check-up confirmed my arguments trustworthy and they found that there is "just a very slight chance that the suspected syndicate betting behavior observed might have arisen due to mere coincidence...". However, since it seems they are not fully sure about this, they decided to exclude me from any bonus programs, which is also fine with me - as I previously explained - I don't have any intention to play in future since this was very bad experience for me. So, I see this bonus exclusion as measure of cautiosness from bet2u side and I don't have any problem with this, regardless of me not having anything with any initial accusation on my account.
Regarding this resolution, since I don't have any problems with it, I will be happy to send information to LCB as soon as I receive the last part of my amount fully, including amount from open bets.
Once more, I declare I had nothing do to with any other accounts and I am more than happy to discover that Bet2U, at the end, decided to acknowledge the arguments I provided. Also, I accepted the apology from their side and I appreaciate the fact they offered one. Also, I am happy to declare that we found mutually acceptable resolution. I will keep you posted with the moment you will be able to close this issue...
Thanks once more!

No. I am still waiting for it, unfortunately.
The withdrawal is still in the status "new" even though it has been submitted 4 days ago.
At Monday there will be 1 week after my request and I think this is a resonable period for Bet2U to resolve the issue fully.
So, I will post a feedback here at Monday, after I check whether the remaining part of my balance reached my account.
I just hope I didn't announce too early that this topic should be closed soon... But, I still hope Bet2U will react promptly.
Thanks for taking care

Sorry to hear that, ferro. We do our best to assist, however, please have in mind that there is a higher probability of not getting a response when a brand is not listed on our site. We can try and send another email reminder and in case we get any response, we will inform you in this thread.

Hello luca00,
Bet2U Casino sent us a reply regarding your complaint. They state that your account had been closed by their security department as their systems had shown that you had multiple accounts on their platform and they consider this case closed.
We've asked them to send us some evidence that you created multiple accounts. We'll let you know what they said as soon as we get a reply from the casino.

Our security team has detected a breach of point 2.2 and 23.5 of our terms and conditions. As a result , your account has been permanently closed and a return of your deposits will be made. The return shall be made into the same platform through which your deposit was made.
I used a vpn to get around the blocking of their site in Italy.

Hello robertomo,
We've receieved the following reply from the casino:
"The client in question had registered his account on 2019-08-18, after which he played for a short duration before requesting his first withdrawal. Following standard procedure, his account was being checked and he was requested to complete a video verification of his account. However, upon further analysis, it was found that the user was in fact using multiple accounts on our system and had been accessing our website using a VPN service, both of which are forbidden as per points 23.5 and 2.2 of our terms and conditions.
Following this discovery, the client's account was promptly closed and his deposit was returned. The client had been notified via email regarding this."Please let us know if you received your deposits.

Thanks for your interest.
The money did not arrive and I doubt they will arrive, it is not a problem, it is not an important sum. I've never used more than one account on their site. I used a VPN believing it was allowed, they accept Italian players without having an Italian license, don't they know that unlicensed sites in Italy are blocked? No problem, I'll come back to play in the usual sites.

Hi
Been going through this thread and I found that it is happening quietly frequently here. I opened an account with Bet2U on … and been using it for the past couple of months only for Sport Betting. I never made a withdraw from it and raised a balance of 5890. This week I went to make my first withdrawal. They requested a Skype call with me (although the accounts was fully verified). On the Skype call they asked me what types of bets I palce, what markets I choose and what are my stake sizes. I responded all correctly as obviously they were my bets.
After 2 days they got back to me saying that I breached their terms and conditions which is not true.
“Dear Customer,The monitoring that had been placed on your account has ended and a breach of point 23.5 of our terms and conditions has been detected. As a result, your account has been permanently closed and a return of your deposits will be made. The return shall be made into the same platform through which your deposit was made.
Best Regards,
Bet2U Support.”Point 23.5 states
“23.5 Each User can have only one account. Registered Users cannot re-register as a new client with a new name or a new email address. In case of violation of this rule, the company has the right to void all bets made by the User.”
This is my only account. I am reading here quite a couple of posts that they invent this breach just to steal money from genuine players. Can you please help me in order to get my money back. -

Hello, many years (3)after registration I didn't played, but January I received a bonuss and make a deposit with my paying card. I make 7 bets- when my winning was 1202 eur I wanted to make a part of my winning withdraw, but system doesn''t allow. I wrote a letter why? They answered me to send passport and utillity bill (29.12.2018.) After some days I received email that will bemy account monitoring (_20 days). After that I received email that they need skype interview with me. 21.01.2019. I answered to all questions and women tell me that everything is ok and my account will be verificied. But today I get email- that the monitoring that had been placed on my account has ended and a breach of point 23.6 of terms and conditions has been detected- as a result my account has been closed.
(23.6 Users are forbidden from allowing third parties to access and use their account. Should it be found that a user has breached this rule, the User's account shall be permanently closed and a cancellation of all of their bets shall take place.)
All this point -is bullshit, because nobody except me use my account- Im honestly played. Please help me to get my winning 1202 eur from these cheat office. -
