RESOLVED: Bet1000 casino no payment

i managed to wager the first deposit bonus and then i asked a withdraw(740) on 14-9-2023...next day my id was verified but they needed addiotional verificatio.3 times they asked additional verifiation...3 days ago they said my id is not verified and they want me to get a new id,or driving licence or passport....In greece,ids have no expiration date.thats the way the police gives us the ids.without expiration date...they understand nothing.i am verified at more than 100 casinos with my id but at casino Bet1000 i am not.As i have read at many casino reviewing sites,they do the same thing to every player...Violation of T&C and duplicate accounts are the most common reasons they use to reject a withdraw.Obviously,their problem is not the id..their problem is called withdraw...8 days later,still wait to find a solution of verification.Moreover,i have sent them my driving licence and they didnt accept that.So,if you want to be verified at this casino,you have to get brand new id,driving licence,brand new wife,brand new life..i am sick of their behaviour.

Casino Rep got back to us and said that you are having an issue with the verification due to providing the documents that has been expired. Please send them valid documents and we are sure that your account will be verified as soon as possible.

Casino Rep got back to us and said that you failed to provide them with the valid documentation. They said that you sent a passport that expired in 2006.,and another document that you sent was from 1999 of you as a teenager. Once you provide them with the valid documents, your account will be verified.
