Bet-At-Home casino did not pay me.  I deposit in October 2014 and won 615 euro.  When I try to cashout they ask me for documents.  I sent them my passport.  The verified my passport and then locked my account.  They said there were "irregularities" with my documents but when I ask them what they never would tell.  Then later they say my document are good but want me to say why I use a proxy server.  I told them I use it for all my internet because if you do not use a proxy then your internet is not private or safe.  They accept that and then ask me for more document.  They say they want me to show them proof of my deposit.  So I take screen shots of my ewallet account showing my name.  Then I send them a screen shot of my deposit history that shows the deposit I made to their casino.  I blacked out the other personal information about other purchases I have made and things they didn't need to see.  Then they said they need a bank statement from "a bank that is really my real bank."  I didn't know what that meant because I deposit real money using my ewallet... if they do not accept people who only have an ewallet they should not take my money.  The entire reason I use an ewallet is because I do not want to give an online casino all my personal information.  But they keep refuse to pay so I finally gave them a statement from my German bank.  Of course I black out all the personal information and my full account number and all of this because that is 100% private.  They say this STILL isn't good enough!  So I send them ANOTHER bank statement with only my account number blacked out and they STILL say they do not accept that because I can not block out ANYTHING.  Now I think they want to use my information for something or maybe this casino is doing more than one scam.  Maybe they do not pay people and are also stealing identity or something?  There is no reason they would really want my full detail and bank account number from a bank I DID NOT DEPOSIT with or anything else.  I have given them my passport, ewallet screenshots and 2 bank statements showing my name and address ALL in the highest resolution my scanner can give.  100% easy to see and read and no problem.  I give them EXACTLY how they want.  Now they say they want me to take a picture of it with cameras instead (this will be LOWER quality) and they want me to not black out ANY personal information.  I do not know what scam they are trying to do or only if they try to pay me as slow as possibly and keep delay but this is 100% crazy.  They 100% have verified me and this is not about verifying anything.  I made a complaint to Ask Gambler and they just stop responding and I also make a complaint to Pogg and the man there said they refuse to speak with him and they told him if I want help to contact them directly.  I have try every possible thing I can think of and I just want my money but I will not give them full bank information and bank account numbers for this.  This is the last casino help website I can find please help me get my money and tell me what I can do.
