    Hi there,

    mazzica user on the casino.

    Always vegas casino is stalling my payout, more than 40 days now (made 20 of October).

    Every time I contact the chat they tell me something different. Before I had to wait 18 working days (24 in total ) then when I was about to reach the deadline another 24 days after the verification of the documents. By now 40 days have passed and they have no more excuses to come up with, I ask you please to intervene and see if you can help me.

    Yes Melissa.

    This Casino is a total joke, they contacted me saying that the withdrawal could not be done with Bitcoin and they asked me to do it by bank transfer, which they then canceled. In short, on a total of 1000 euros after 55 days of waiting I received 247 euros, and at the request for information I was told that I will receive a payment of this amount every 24 working days.

    Stay away from these thugs, they have to be banned for life and their license removed.

    Sorry to hear that. This is unacceptable. It is only 1000euro. Please keep us posted. Hope they will pay out the whole amount. It will take time.
