    I play at 22 bet.

    In April 26 my account was verified sucessfully.

    I make witdraw 5k without problems.

    After that i have a big win in Falcon Huntress slot 11.500€

    I tried to make witdraw and they ask me again documents for verification.

    I sent it again.

    They dont reply emails.

    After that they ask a PDF to confirm my Skrill account.

    I sent it 5 days ago.

    My account os not verified and i cant play in slots only on sports bets.

    My account is 94295347.

    Please help if you can

    Maybe you can get someone else to take that photo of you. The quality of the photo should be much better in that case.

    That's all we can advise you, since they're not replying to us.

    Please send them the requested documents again. You can try once again.
