Perhaps this has been answered elsewhere previously but I got a promo code YBCLAIM100 by email a few days ago for 60% no rules match with cashback. Did not work so meesages the chat who informed me it's for new players. Question: why not indicate anywhere on the email that it's for newbies so I don't waste time waiting for someone in the chat to investigate? 

Because that would make sense. They do this ALL THE TIME, so when you get a code, don't get too excited bc you may not even be able to use it. We have all complained so long about this very subject but they don't care.
