I think it stinks actually; I've been a depositing player FOR YEARS @ Grand Prive, logged in yesterday & was told 2 'upgrade.'  Imagine my horror when, after the 'upgrade,' the usual Microgaming platform was REPLACED by these awful games.  I had VIP status & rec'd NO WARNING this was about 2 happen.  Unfortunately, I will no longer b a depositing player b/c of this.  Only good thing is I'll b saving lots of money......

Tinmanfan - I used to be a heavy depositor at these casinos, too, but stopped a few years ago.  I didn't get any notice of this, either, but I like the software change, myself.

Well, they may have changed software, but only a couple have honored this offer. Here's a transcript from one of the Grand Prives. The bonus wasn't there & there's no explanation of why or if it's a sister, etc.
Of course, I didn't depo until I'd seen a few of us cashout so I'm out no money.

I can't download any of them. 

I am able to download but can't claim the bonus.  Was told by help that only people who have been invited get the free100.  Anyone else can deposit and a 100% match.  Is this true?  Those how got the NDbonus...are you members?  just wondering

I was able to download and claim the bonus. Lucky creek and wizbet will not let, it says by invite only.

I think the key to getting the bonuses is to click on where the casino says upgrade now..somehow recognizing you as an existing player.

Here is what I did and it worked except on the first one which I didn't follow these steps.

- Go to http://www.betgrandprive.com/promotions.htm
- Click on the casino icon you want where it says UPGRADE NOW
- To the left it says EXISTING PLAYERS UPGRADE NOW and click on that

Hopefully you have luck this way, I have.

Well, i managed to make the $4000 wagering but when i tried to withdraw it kept telling me i had an ACTIVE BONUS still going.

Went to live chat and spoke with Lez.  He was very nice and when all was said and done he told me they would have this fixed soon and sorry for the delay.

Figured it out. Live support said I had to be verified to login. He did it from chat, and logged me right in. Also added the $100 for me. Cool!

hey try again it didnt work 4 two but i kept trying and ive got it at but that one

    First I went to Jupiter Club and had to get verified or whatever, just filled out profile, got $100. Then Roadhouse Reels, Lake Palace, Bella Vegas, was instantly activated to upgrade and three more $100. Then noticed when at Casino Grand Bay I think Bella Vegas was mentioned and probably why I couldn't use the hundred there. I had a shot at one, but by the time I looked at playthrough, which was complete, I only had $3. or so. I'm curious if I could cash out after depositing. I'm getting closer and curioser. I think I deposited once a little at Treasure Mile. That's the same setup isn't it? I may be disappointed, but I would like to see if I can do it first, then find out.
