  • i just talked to marvin  at big dollar, and he said you have to claim their 100% match deposit bonus first in order to get BDCR25LL. seems to me that these support people use their own discretion as to whether or not you should get the bonus. boy its a good thing their not within driving distance to me, or have to pay them a visit, lol.

  • yup, it's not new.  They do not treat their loyal customers fairly and they do not value you as customers, they'd rather choose to close your account over some free chips.  If they give out free chips to all of their customers, everyone is happy, nobody complaining and they might still keep you as customers for life.  They will run out of business soon as more and more players leaving.   shocked shocked
