Let me tell you what happened to me over the medal crap.  I played every last cent i had thursday on the casino grand bay i asked chat tthree times how to get my medals and when and marvin said ina popup anyway i kicked but i had 7 medals 2 of them diamond  anyway they put them in as bonuses i never got my medals and the promotion board gave me 25.00 to play at big dollar to make up for what the bunch i didnt get poor gary looked forever and apologized a hundred times  but at this point i feel cheated and angry and i dont think i want to spend any more money there.  no matter what i said even when i spoe to ophella that night i said pull the chats look athe medals from wednesday and then thursday and ya know it just didnt matter.  So then i go to lucky creek cuz i have played there and made deposits tried to use one of the codes  and my last deposit  was like the 15th i think they told me those codes were sent out to drag the people in who dont deposit or very seldom do so i saidif i quit depositing will that help goodnight they said.  Damn how dumb do you have to be.  Lets not forget the fact that i may gamble but i do have a brain so this scarecrow )wizard of oz) got her brain back and willl be more careful from now on.  spazz o3 oh and by the way how many of you got screwed

I did I got the blue medal and then they ask me to call back so I can get my bronze medal.  So when my free spins were done and I lost my winnings ($5.65).  I called back this was like about 10 mins after and they said that the promo was over...  I was like wait.. So I called back 6 more times and they where very rude.  Never got my bronze medal.

Helwin, I've dealt w/ this 'Lez' person in the past; then & now, he/ she continues 2 dole out erroneous information.
I have spoken 2 the Grand Prive casinos @ which I regularly deposit, and have been told the following from day one:
The medals that were accumulated PRIOR 2 the promotion of last weekend WERE NOT 2 B HONORED IN THAT PARTICULAR PROMO.  That promo was ONLY 4 MEDALS EARNED DURING THE TIME OF THE PROMO.  Any medals earned PRIOR 2 that promo will STILL b honored @ some future time during a DIFFERENT promo.
I continue 2 read negative postings on here re: peoples' experiences w/ Grand Prive, and I can only base my opinion on how I have been treated there over the years.  With the exception of the 'down time' last weekend, I really can't complain over-all. 
I would suggest, however, that u direct any future customer support chats 2 someone other than Lez.  Nothing personal, I just don't know that he/she provides accurate info.
