Tried to withdraw $800 from BetRoyal had sent in all the paperwork and they kept telling me they didn't have it. I claimed the code LCASINOBONUSES.COM  with no problem at VIP.  Playthrough requirement was met.My balance was at $1,185.  All of a sudden my balance went to 78.00.  What the heck?  I figured out they reduced my balance by the playthrough requirement.  Well, five minutes later I hit again for over $500.00 playing Vikings Voyage.  Sad part, I have played multiple chips with no deposit.  There is no way I would get approved for a withdrawal. A) Try the withdrawal (send in your security docs in advance).

B) If it is declined, complain saying that it's not in the rules or that if its not allowed then they should have that built into their software 

C) If it is still declined, never EVER play an RTG casino again.
