Yeah no playthrough probably means sticky so that sucks. All the rtg's usually have much better ones plus 100% for deposits $100 and over, and 100%+ insurance. But yeah sticky is actually harder to win off than ones with playthrough.

Sticky means you can't ever withdraw the bonus. So if you deposited $100, the bonus was $1000, meaning the total is $1100. Then you can't withdraw the $1000 bonus ever, which is why I think it sucks, cos if you get to like $500 or under it is very difficult to come back to over the $1000 mark...

I've played quite a few of these and have never won on them even though my balance was like $600 it still goes down quick and once you're in the hole its almost impossible to get back.

But don't be discouraged by that, you might hit big and withdraw straight away (except all RTG casinos are cough**scams**cough).

I am right there with you! I requested a cashout on 2/12/09, they approved it on 3/17/09 and it is now 4/22/09 and I still have not been paid! This really is ridiculous! I reported them to RTG and got an email back from RTG saying that I was paid on 3/17/09. What a crock of s***. I emailed RTG back telling them that it was approved but to date the money has not been sent. I am still waiting to hear back from RTG. In the meantime I have contacted the casino daily for the past 4 weeks and everyday it is a different story as to why the payment has not been sent and a different promise as to when it will be sent. The answer is always "we will be wiring the money to your quicktender account within the next day or two". Finally, yesterday I went to live chat and told them that if they are not going to pay me to just tell me so that I can stop worrying about it. Their answer was "No maam I assure you that you will be paid but it will take just a few more days". A few more days my a**. It has been 2 months. When is someone going to stop these guys from scamming everyone? I am sure that RTG has gotten numerous complaints about them and still they have their license. Goes to show you that obviously RTG does not care who they do business with.

Well............finally today the money was in my quicktender account after threatening to report them to RTG and every casino forum that would listen to me (oh AND the money was from a free chip). Well I have my money now so their casino has been uninstalled and wiped clean from my list!
