Yesterday when i asked their supprt (Julia) to tell me how much more i have to wager since i had a pretty decent amount and i played a lot, i was told that once 24h expires, all winnings above the bonus must be wagered x50 , and today during the play, my balance just dropped to 0 in a second, and the explanation from their support (Katy) is that i had to wager everything in the first 24h. So, one staff memeber is telling one story, the other one is telling a different one...totaly unproffesional. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.. don't waste your time...

I ask this because yesterday I played this bonus and managed to wager it , my balance was 245 euro then it took me down to 30 euro because thats the max withdrawal for the bonus, so if you managed to meet the playthrough requirment and your balance was below 30 euro then you would be on zero, I hope that helps you out.

on another note though this casino has very limited options for deposits and withdrawals offering only yandex money wallet and qiwi and one or two other russian based pay in payout options which sucks as I want to withdraw my hard earned 30 euro

Well yeah, thats true :) but i wasted my time, and the time is priceless :D the things that i hate the most is when the support is not giving proper information. Its not a first time this happens.. i had similar situations on some other casinos (dont remeber which one atm tbh)... for example, it happened to me once that i asked support how much i need to wager, i knew that i was close to reach the wagering requirements and the answer i got was, around 30$... i was thrilled because i had more then 200$ and there was no limit on cashing out. I played for another hour and then i asked again , and they told me that i have 600$ more to wager... i was shocked and i couldnt believe what they are saying... i asked for an explaination and they have told me that they do not think that someone told me that i have only 30$ to wager (i had it on email)... and when i said that  i have received an email with that information, they said that they don't care... and also, they have removed all of my winnings - because they can do it.. lol.....

I also managed to complete WR and my balance suddenly dropped to EUR30. It will be difficult to cash out I fear, because CSR told me I had to make a deposit first and submit a selfie with my ID. I had already uploaded the necessary documents and now I have sent an email to their support with a request to manually wire the 30 EUR to my Dutch bank account. I don't know how to make a deposit to this casino, options are indeed limited.
