I agree. And from my understanding, verification isn't technically needed for crypto transactions. Wouldn't that kinda defeat the purpose of crypto? Yabby and Brango casino only require identity verification if a bank/credit card was used, which makes sense! The standard wait time generally has been no more than a week max. However, Extreme casino did not want to verify my documents for some weird reason. I was literally waiting for 3 months and couldn't get in touch with anyone! My emails were avoided, no active phone line.
So, I wrote a review on Trustpilot and mentioned the case it to LCB staff and boom, what'd you know? I immediately got a response on top of "customer never allowed to redeem coupons!" As well has my winnings being removed. Some "customer" service! Or should I say NO customer service as they clearly are not worried about retention because they definitely fail in that category.
My experience with Pacific Spins wasn't as bad despite waiting a few weeks to get verified. I guess it's better than 3 months! On top of that, the customer service was professional and I made a deposit shortly after. They also ask for a "$10 verification deposit" just for your first time withdrawal. Plus, they don't make winning all that impossible, even offering occasional free spin coupons in between. I definitely recommend Pacific over Extreme any day.
