CLOSED: [due to inactivity of submitter]: Pacific Spin verification

Hello, 

I have been trying for 5 days now to get verified and request a payout with Pacific Spins. The chat support tells me that the only thing I can do is wait, so I figured I would see if you could help. I have emailed the documents to banking 3 times now. I am getting no response via email.

They have however sent me an email offering 50 free spins that highlights "Instant Cashout." Seems how I am attempting to cashout the initial freespin offer, I find it less than honest that they would send such an offer. 

Could you help me try to get verified?
