    I have a great customer service twilight zone moment to share...

    I have been working on the playthrough on one of VRC's generous free chips for $50... I figured I was getting close to the required amount and decided to ask customer service.

    I was answered instantly when I opened the chat and so I began typing my question about my playthrough... but, before I could finish typing this short question up popped a message from the CS rep Richard... it told me what chip I was playing, the amount already played and the remainder I need to cash out... twilight zone music played in my head about then...SPOOKY!

    With so much customer disservice out there in casino world, I just thought it would be nice to share this...
