I did try to depo but your CC doesn't work. I keep getting directed to "alternate" (ie: methods that charge) sites, even by "live support."
I'm really, seriously, annoyingly, disappointed. My CC works at EVERY other site, why not yours?
Oh well. I'll find another. I just thought yours was the one true & trusted site.

Same here i made lots of deposit with my cc and yesterday was denied. Call support they told me my card can't work there anymore ask them why he couldn't answer. He told me i would have to fax my id with the cc to VRC. I ask for a free chip for my trouble and got one. 

Guess I'll either have to sign up for one of the alternates or quit then. It just makes me nuts when things don't work. lol

You might want to consider not reaching for conclusions, maybe just a little, so you can be reaching for something else (like the CC processor and the spin button).  The watched pot never boils,right? You can get a little fix by playing for fun and going hogwild on the bets or playing some $5 nodeposit bingo.  I doubt it's Ray's fault the CC processors are getting stung by my Uncle Sam, maybe, or that you're not the first frustrated player to want a FEEL GOOD resolution to not being able to deposit NOW.  I'm wondering how many casinos "ray" is representing at a time.  His apparent rude behavior may not really be rude - I mean, look, he is using the very polite "May I..." language.
