sometimes when i go straight to the cashier, the bonus is not there. i go back to the lobby and look at the scrolling bonuses then click the "claim now" button and it then shows in the cashier. doing it this way seems to refresh the bonuses. it's worth a try if you have not received a bonus.

I see that you have to deposit which is fine..but the moneys I had left when time expired are gone even though I completed playthrough.  Therefore I'm wondering if you have to have above and beyond the $500 although I didn't read anything about that.

This should be made more explicit in the terms because all it states is that a maximum of $375 may be transferred, so I stopped playing after making the $500 playthrough but with only about $480 left. When all the chips vanished after the timer ran out I thought it was because I needed to deposit before the 30 min. was up...

Anyway, to be honest I'm not a big fan of these multi-step freeplay promos in general and specifically the two I have tried so far at Rival casinos. Hope they don't become the norm at VRC, especially if the second stage requirements remain as tough as I consider them to be for this one (especially as a deposit is required).

I finally made a playthrough with $3000 left and its gone. $375 will be transfered to the next stage. This is fun!!!. Thanks VRC for a new variety in playing.

At least as per VRC's explanation you had to have the $500 plus x amount to carry it over.  So if you ended with $875 and made playthrough then you could have the $375 carried over which is the max.

In my case I had $170 and therefore not enough to carry over to stage 2.  Hope this makes sense to anyone who might be confused.

Still it was fun and with most Rival casinos I wouldn't trust the whole promo as far as getting paid.  With VRC I know that any promo they offer they really follow through if you do win.

U r misunderstanding lagunagirl.....The 1500% is added to your next deposit of $25 & if u do the "MATH" 1500 X 25 comes out 2 be $375. U just must've 4gotten that when dealing with percentiles, u must move your decimal to the left 2 spaces when multiplying.

It's the same thing as a free chip but with the chance of winning more.  There is a set amount of $500 (free chip) with a playthrough.  The only difference is you have to make it in a time limit (30 minutes).  If you do then the free chip turns into a HUGE bonus.  Then you take that bonus and deposit with it ($25) and complete that playthrough without a time limit.  If you make playthrough you get to keep the original bonus amount you were given.

I made a play through on a 100% bonus. Then I realized I didn't have a way to withdraw it cause I deposit with a credit card. So, on Monday I opened an ewallet account. I did the promo and made playthru, a little msg window comes up and says 375 carried over to phase 2... I waited til yesterday to deposit $25 and nothing of the carryover shows up.  $25 was gone in a NYC minute, I waited a bit thinking maybe the carryover takes time to show up but nothing..so went to chat to ask.  I asked if my waiting the day or two to deposit somehow disqualified me.  He said no should have shown up with the deposit.  That there was nothing in the T&C's about a time limit. I said it hadn't and of course he knew that, said nothing "he" can do but forward on to someone else.  Now in limbo... did he forward it on?, will I hear anything more?, did I do anything wrong?....

Now I log in to see another $500 freeplay promo, which at least has better clarified terms compared to the earlier one. However, I won't be playing it because it expires today and I don't have the funds to deposit right now. Even if I did, I personally feel that this type of bonus would need a couple of key changes - specifically in terms of the playthrough (too high for the carryover) and time limits (too short to play the first stage and deposit) - before I found it worth doing. Others may enjoy this freeplay but I'll pass on it entirely; good luck to those who give it a go.

P.S. Plus I don't like the reduced comp points rates I'm seeing now on the big multiplier deposit bonuses...
